This statement has been prepared in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), transposed into Spanish law by Law 11/2023 of 8 May and Royal Decree 193/2023. STOR, S.L. is committed to progressively improving the accessibility of its digital services in line with applicable regulations.

The following aspects do not yet conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and are pending remediation:

- Decorative images: some images auto-generated by the e-commerce platform may lack the required empty
alt=""attribute. A progressive review of the product catalogue is under way. - Form error messages: validation error messages may not always be identifiable by assistive technologies. Improvement will be prioritised in the next platform update.

This statement is prepared pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services, and its transposition into Spanish law through Law 11/2023 of 8 May and Royal Decree 193/2023.
The technical reference standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the W3C, at conformance Level AA.
In accordance with applicable regulations, existing e-commerce services have an adaptation period until 28 June 2030, unless a substantial modification occurs, in which case accessibility standards apply immediately.
